Oba RilwanuBabatundeOsuolaleAremuAkiolu, a former Assistant Inspector General Police of Lagos State, is the King of Lagos.While in the Nigerian Police force, he served in various capacities, was promoted to assistant inspector-general of Police in 1999, and was active until his retirement in 2002. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and a fellow of the Nigerian Law School. Oba Akiolu brings his wealth of experience and position to bear in his ability to interact purposefully with decision makers at all levels of government and the masses at large. He has vast experience in public service, law enforcement and management.
Mr. C.K. Ramani is from a successful business family with presence in London, Nigeria, Singapore, India, Spain and the USA. He has been in business for over three decades and has a rich experience growing multi-national businesses across several industries. His broad spectrum of businesses involves; investments in securities, properties and telecommunications. Mr. Ramani was responsible for establishing the first private telecommunications company in Nigeria which offered CDMA mobile services, a business that was later divested. In 2013 Mr. Ramani launched Spectranet, the first ISP project in Nigeria to use 4G LTE technology and he did this with a determined mission to become Nigeria’s premier internet services provider. Mr. Ramani strongly believes in giving back to the community and has been deeply involved in various philanthropic activities for decades. These include projects such as; community development through health and ophthalmic care, education for under privileged children, care home for abandoned children and care for the elderly.
With more than 30 years of rich management experience in multi-national environments across several industries, Mr. Dave has been involved right from the conceptualization, setting up and operationalizing of Spectranet. He has a B.Sc. degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management. P.A Dave has been leading and steering complex telecom projects in Nigeria from the early 1990’s and has successfully executed landmark projects in Nigeria.

He is a certified Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a graduate in Commerce.
Mr. Nommy Paul is the Chief Technical Officer of Spectranet. He has more than 21 Years of experience in Telecommunications Engineering. He holds a master’s degree in Software Engineering from BITS-Pilani, India backed up with an MBA from IIT-Bombay, India and has worked in leading Telecom Operators & OEMs like; Vodafone Idea Ltd, Ooredoo, Nokia etc. His area of expertise is in 2G/3G/4G/5G Radio Access Networks and GPON technologies. He is also a professional SCUBA diver, Water sports instructor, proud father of two children and a loving husband to his wife.
